Hi All,

I noticed that Saturn pro is noted as province 13 and Jupiter is noted as province 10.

So I guess province a region and this must be a quite high level? Who would play provincial level ?

Does anyone have any links I can check out for background?

"Provincial" here would mean players representing provinces in China at their National Games. The level should be pretty darned high. Don't know if Chinese National Team players take part in regional level competition or not, they probably do, representing their home provinces.
