The only type I'd trust for permanent outside use would be the concrete ones. There are a couple at my university, which are not only outside, but outside the campus pub, so they probably get used for other things too, and they seem solid. Metal nets. I think Cornilleau were the suppliers, although there are Butterfly versions as well.

Problems are cost (minimum seems to be £1,500.00+ https://www.sport-thieme.co.uk/Team_spo ... rt=3087406 This is a minimal example, and looks nowhere near as tough as the ones at the university) and the fact that they play like concrete might be expected to play. And the ones I know are pretty much immovable once installed.

None are like "regulation tt tables"

The bounce slower (most of them)

I donate time and tables to do installs at schools, they are plastic and bounce slower, the net can be regular or you can bolt on a metal one.

The oldest table is 4 years and shows some fading in the white lines but still plays ok, the tables I get are bolted to the concrete.

I purchased a cornilleau outdoor table and it has withstood all that the British weather has thrown at it in the last 3 years.

This is a UK reseller of the full range, they don't stock mine any more (sport one) that I purchased for the locking system, but I'm sure they have something in the range that might suit?
