So I'm planning to get my first custom racket(Allaround) and I have two choices: a cheaper, (theoretically) less effective one, and a more expensive, (theoretically) more effective one. Please help me improve my choices or help me choose as I'm not very sure of them(Only cheap brand available in my country is Yinhe so I can probably only use Yinhe)

Cheaper One:
Blade: Yinhe N-9s
Rubber: Yinhe Mercury II(both)

More Expensive One:
Blade: Yinhe MC2 Pro
Rubber: Yinhe Sun(FH)/Moon Speed(BH)

I agree, the first one is just fine, and not really any worse than the 2nd one.

How much are you happy to spend?
Edit: I've looked a the website and I'll put forward my nominations

Cheap - Total cost PHP1,310 (note this is the same as the highly rated Coles pre-made buster)
Yinhe N11 or Dawei R2
Dawei 2008xp

More expensive - Total cost PHP3,460
Joola Falcon Medium
DHS Hurricane 3 Neo

Note that I don't really think the second option is worth nearly 3 times the cost, especially if a beginner or on a budget. Just go with either yours or my cheaper suggestion, you won't be disappointed. Will be a great bat.

Thanks for the suggestion! My budget is around 5000 but I hope to only spend around 3000.

The Yinhe N11 is a great choice as far as the play and feel is concerned. But if you have large hands it is a bit uncomfortable because the handle is pretty narrow. If not, then it should be fine. And see if you can get the blade sealed before you get the rubbers put on because it tends to splinter when you replace the rubbers. The Dawei rubber is fine if you are looking for something mildly tacky and not too fast. I also feel this is a good setup.
