I already tried but all resulted with failure payment. Ali Service said there should be a Paypal option in the payment page. So far i haven't seen a TT store which has one.

I don't think they take Paypal (since Paypal is an American service and is blocked in China, and since AliExpress belongs to Alibaba and they're promoting their own Alipay). If you need to use Paypal, try finding Eacheng on ebay or Amazon. On ebay they have two "presences", one is called China Friend. Sometimes the prices are lower than on AliExpress.

I think they wanted to roll out the full Alipay outside of China, in the beginning you could actually keep a balance on Alipay but they quickly disabled that. Not sure why. Supposedly in China everyone uses Alipay or Unionpay on their cell phones to pay for EVERYTHING, even street food at roadside stalls.

In any case, I just use a regular VISA card to pay for my purchases on AliExpress.. it works here, might not work everywhere. Where are you located?

This maybe is the reason why I cannot link my card at this moment. There's a message in my alipay that says this exactly. I tried using direct Visa but resulted in failure. Thank you so much for the info.

I can't keep a balance on AliPay but they'll happily charge my card when I put an order in. I think it might be country specific - I heard that they'd been blocking customers in Indonesia in the past because there were so many scams involving items ordered there. Probably not true anymore. I was quite surprised to find that all packages were tracked - lost very few over the years and if it doesn't arrive you can usually get your money back.
