Silver asked for it, so I thought I'd start. Most satisfying TT purchase, and why?

Hurricane 3 (no, not Neo, just straight plain ordinary sponge). That rubber is all it is said to be. Controlled, yet spinny and capable of supporting your hardest shots without collapsing. Fast attacks require some effort, and touch shots require quite a bit of practice, as expected. I used it on a DEF+ blade, so no help from that either, speed-wise. Still fast enough for me. Makes me work harder.

I replaced the H3 with TG2. Going back to H3 again for next season.

Sword 309 Def blade - I know some folks have an issue with the wings being too low and thus sanding them down, but it was fine for me 'as is'. It just clicked for me.

AK47 Blue - real bargain (had it for less than 12$) and very solid rubber IMHO. Encourages high percentage shots somehow.

My Robot. Best and simple way to practice on a daily basis and to learn a stoke. Best use of my TT budget spend.

After returning to table tennis from a very long hiatus, then promptly turning to the 'Dark side' and contracting a mild case of viral EJ along the way, my most satisfactory TT purchase is with out a doubt a combination Sotto Voce blade from Ross Leidy. FH speed OFF. BH speed OFF minus. Almost no vibrations but has great 'feel', no 'muted' feeling as experienced with carbon blades. Very DIRECT feeling with very high control. Pares nicely with LP on the BH. Plus Ross is an absolute gentleman, you could not correspond with a nicer guy. Thoroughly recommended experience.

Dawei IQ UL rubbers. They work so well for me. Darker Speed 90, Lutz Spruce Jpen from American Hinoki and my NIttaku Violin.

Dr N Matador Texa recently -I had no idea I'd even like it even remotely this much. It's fast enough to let me use my forehand but stiff enough for the pips. lovely business.

Not so recently? My Matsushita Pro Alpha blade was super satisfying. Back when I used to play and was defending more, it was the perfect balance between chop and loop. Soft and great touch but nice power.

Why is it always blades? Never really found the perfect rubber/most satisfying. Dornenglanz was super satisfying but after breaking pips all the time it lost it's shine.

I am not surprised that someone would say H3 :)

I really like a few blades - yinhe LQ2 is a great blade for defense. I like the sword yokohama yue for offense/double inverted play.

My Stiga Bengtsson AR blade. A priceless and perfect gift from a friend. Its secret for me is in its rather bulky and shortish but smooth handle with good grip. The blade itself offers good absorption, decent speed and excellent ball feeling with OX pips and inverted. I do have and use other slowish AR/Defensive blades but nothing compares! Just love my Bengtsson AR classic. A real gem!

23 versus 400

Yes, you can still obtain this product from some Chinese dealers price over 400 Yuan.

Ho hohohohohohoho. My purchase of 23 Yuan, postage including :P :P :P :P :P :P :P
Moreover, I had got 2 pair of the shoes in different coloration.

Anyone know what he's talking about? The "yapfiles" site is blocked.

My racquet - DHS Power G5 blade, with H3 Neo and G555 rubbers. Knew I liked the H3 Neo from previously on a more conservative blade, but my backhand has improved immensely along with the G555, as well as my general counter hitting from the extra blade power(I like to stand back a bit from the table)
