Did some analysis few days back about cheap TT blades/rubbers. This should help most of us to enjoy playing TT without burning our pocket. Will post it this weekend.

Well.......I took advantage of mid-sale little more last night and make plan to have rackets at no cost.

I made 2 more separate orders of same items:
$9.46 + free ship - Reactor dj200 w/ reactor corbor
$1.74 x 3 + $1.04 ship - blk/blue fullsize case (no 3 ball holder like other ordered)
$15.72 - $4.00off = $11.72

11.72 x 2 orders = $23.44 + $47.04 (1st order)
= $70.48 total for 7 rackets and 8 cases

I can very likely sell on Serbian craigslist - New Reactor dj200 w/ corbor w/ case for $20 each (x 4 = $80).
So, I can keep 3 rackets and 4 cases: Palio, n11s, dj200 with a case for each + have extra case for future racket + $10 profit. :D

That sounds great!
Please post if possible before Ali mid-year sale over (I think June 23 or 24).

OK, thank you for reply. I just figured if the 02b has n11s blade, and 02b < 03b < 04b < 05b - then the 05b and 04b might be very good value at less than $15. Especially since they are almost all the same price, and the same price as other rackets I am looking at currently and purchased already.

They're OK. I had one once, it had Yinhe 9000 rubber on it, which I like. Nothing really remarkable about it, but that goes for most of these blades and rubbers. Perfectly usable, of course. Yinhe sometimes puts more expensive rubbers on them, if they have too much of something in stock, so you might get one with a sheet of Big Dipper or Venus or something of the sort.

For what it's worth, I tried removing one of the sheets of 9000, I figured I'd use the rubber on a different blade. I gave up after I realized it wouldn't be possible to remove the sheet intact due to the glue. Most European and American premades have the rubbers REALLY GLUED ON - it's a major job to get all the bits of sponge off the blade. (Japanese, too.. except the newer ones seem to be better in this regard..) These weren't like that - if you wanted to use the BLADE, the rubber would come off easily enough, except you'd tear the sponge. I just re-glued the corner I had lifted and left it at that. I used it as a loaner, eventually I gave it away.

The 02 (and IIRC the 06) are different blades compared to the N11/N11s. The N11/N11s have a very thick core ply (probably kiri/paulownia) with very thin face plies of Meranti. It's fairly fast and has good feel for looping, but it was just a little too fast for chopping back from the table. The 02 has five plies which are thicker than the face plies - I can't remember if the plies were all the same thickness or if the core was a little thicker, but the face plies were thick compared to the N11/N11s face plies. Played OK, I don't remember that much about it. If I'm not mistaken the 06 actually had red-dyed layers, made it look like a Clipper.

I was expecting at least 30 day wait, but first racket came in fast and had the AK47 on it (not cj8000 which was possibility based on Ali seller description). We will wait to try them side by side, once all come in.

Husband was happy to see a racket come in mail and thinks this will be the one he likes best even without trying others yet because reading online. We will see..... :Chop:

First he read this praising article about Palio Expert 2 ($40) when googling Palio rackets:
https://www.experttabletennis.com/palio ... -2-review/

Then found a few reviews of people who played both expert 2 and 3 star and liked 3 star better like this one:
"I've had a Palio Expert 2 for 10 months - really enjoyed improving with it. I've been playing with this one (3 star) for a month and I'm highly unlikely to go back to the Expert. This one is definitely heavier, more rigid and faster. I haven't noticed any lack of control. It had an odd high-pitch sound at first, but that's disappeared with bedding in after 3 hours or so. Highly reccomended."

Nice deal. Good equipment to start as I tried one of my friends Palio Expert 2 few days back.

Group of 5 x dj200 w/ corbor also came in pretty quickly (1 to keep, resell other 4 locally). Just picking them up the Palio is definitely heavier and the sponge physically feels firmer on AK-47 than on the Corbor. Only waiting for N11s w/ Corbor (and all cases) now to test them out.
