I'd be very interested to hear how the spinny short pips (Uranus and Pluto) play as I like the horizontally arranged short pips.

How soft are the topsheets and the sponge on those two?

The topsheet is not all that soft, firmer than something like 802-40. I think they use the same rubber for all the galaxy pips... which is absolutely perfect for their long pimple rubber...

The sponge feels around 40deg to me (chinese scale)... The all have the H.Tension symbol on the covers now, like the Venus had, but I'm not sure what that is exactly... They are certainly NOT reverse tensioned since the sheet don't curl up.

Thanks for the information.

I may have to try one of the Galaxy pips at some point, as playing with a harder pip might keep me from using inverted type strokes and increase my ability to hit through spin.

WOW!!! the yin-he Uranus and Pluto look look very nice!
You have these in stock, with 1.3mm sponges should play very well.
good for chopping and blocking.
Hey Alex, how do these pips compare similar to tupleshortpip,802 or like the Juic pips
