I replaced the rubber on my paddle and used the supplied plastic protector. However I noticed when removed it transferred the ink (print) onto my rubber.

1) Can this be removed?
2) Will it affect the rubber or play in anyway if left as is?
3) Will it eventually disappear if left alone in time?

TIA

If you could post photo of it, helps a lot to assess the situation.

Yes, please post a picture.

I know some of the cheap Chinese protection sheets will leave the ink onto a tacky rubber, but you're not meant to use the ink-side of the protection sheet.

It happened to me when I accidentally put tibhar plastic cover upside down on my tacky rubber. Good thing it wasn’t on the hitting area. I use cellotape to dab on it and get most of them out. Try not to use too strong adhesive and lightly dab at first and adjust accordingly.

Also happened a couple of times (slow learner) when I put tacky rubber on table surface. The white line paint got stuck on the tacky rubber.

Funny how I've managed to avoid this happening all these years.. I don't use those sheets anymore (they'd come free whenever I ordered anything from Eacheng), having switched to using large ziplock bags - they're sort of built-in protector sheets.

We had some of these protection sheet that were printed on the wrong side... this was a magnet for these problems... I had to discard them.
Normally the print/text should be readable after you've attached the sheet, if it's not you're using the wrong side.
