HI. I'm considering either a HL5 or a HL5 golden slam, is there a significant difference in characteristics? Is it closer to the HL5X in stiffness, or is it more flexible like the HL5?

Don't believe the glowing reviews and marketing. It's yet another "National" version of one of their top products, and I'm 100% convinced that the extraordinary high price is not reflected in the performance. It''s possible it may offer some marginal improvement for the player that it's designed for, but this does not mean it will offer any benefits to us (mere ordinary players). :lol:
