Hello Everybody,

This week I was so happy to receive lot of rubbers and blades from 3 different brands. Then, I wanted to ask you which rubbers do you think will be fitting better with which blades:

If you don’t want to watch all the unboxing, you can go to the minute 6:12 where I let the list of blades and rubbers that I received.

It will be so useful for me to get your answers. Thanks in advance.

Regards.

My go-to equipment from these listed would be the following...

Blade: Banana
Forehand Rubber: Dominance Spin
Backhand Rubber: Monkey

The Banana and the Monkey would make a good combination and the Dominance Spin would be a great allround rubber you could do a lot of things with. This is my preference.

Playing Style: Modern Defender

I was checking the comments about this, and in general I received the advice also to try the Dominance Spin Hard with this combination, what do you think about it?

Since the Dominance Spin (Hard) is a Dr. Neubauer rubber, I suggest it is going to have an okay durability. As far as I know, it is a rather hard rubber with a high-grippy, slight-tack kind of topsheet, which suggest strong spin capabilities. Worth a try in my opinion if you have the money to try. Of course, you might not get the expected results as you would do with a more expensive, high-end rubber, but why not to give it the benefit of the doubt and try it?
This is the harder version of the Dominance Spin, which basically means it has a harder sponge, which will make it more powerful and a little harder to generate spin, but will give you more spin with the faster contacts.
It really comes down to your own and personal preferences. Do you like the rubber with more power, a harder feel? Do you like the rubber softer and a little more controlled? Easier but less spin or harder but more spin? As you wish.

Whichever you try out, good luck!

Amazing thought, I think they go really great to the point. I will try it in this way. Thanks for answering again.

I just came back to your answer and it is really how you said. At the end Dominance Spin is little bit softer, not so much, but you can notice the difference with the hard version.

Now I’m thinking, what about hard and really tacky rubbers? Did you try one of those?

Oh goodness. Now I actually have to watch the video to see if there really is a blade called "Banana" and a rubber called "Monkey".
