I’m sure it has been posted . Long time H3 player but now that I’m much older, H3 is just to demanding. Try a few new tacky rubbers but haven’t really found something I like . So here is the question. What on the market is similar to D09C? You have K3 and the new Bluestar look close enough but not as sticky. What is the equivalent in the Victas line ?

Unfortunately, Victas does not have a good sticky forehand rubber. There is Victas V>15 Sticky used by Duda but it is not for sale to my knowledge... other Victas pros use D09c.
The rubber that I find to be VERY similar to a hurricane, minus the sticky aspect, is V>20 Double Extra. It's hard, has Chinese pip geometry, and is very spinny. Requires a good technique and can generate ridiculous amounts of spin. Yuto Muramatsu uses it on his FH.

The Rakza Z is quite a bit sticky, not the Victas of course but worthy to mention.

Victas has the Triple Double Extra (TDE).
It is tacky - really tacky. When new it's so tacky it's unplayable - after a couple of sessions it becomes moderately tacky and rather fast.
As a Battle 2 user I felt this to be the best Hybrid I've used. The problem with it is that there can be some durability issues - this happened to me too (bubble on the topsheet). But yep - it's tacky and feels more european compared to a typical Chinese tacky rubbers (after breaking).

Yeah, I never said Victas didn't have a sticky rubber. I said they don't have a GOOD sticky rubber Since non of the Victas pros use it, I think that speaks for itself....

Don't recall where I saw it... there was a video comparing Rakza Z and Bluegrip C2. The reviewer said C2 was only slightly tacky compared to Rakza Z, which made it similar to Dignics 09C, which was also only slightly tacky. So perhaps Bluegrip C2 might be worth a try. I use it currently, it's OK but for me Rakza Z was better. Not going to switch until it goes dead of course.. It's about halfway there at this time.

HOW IT IS MADE.

In terms of elastomer engineering, surface tackiness is a half-raw rubber material one gets when rubber vulcanizate underdone. Normal vulcanization requires 150°C, while at 70°C rubber material would remain half-raw and very, very tacky.
The household Rollers to clean scurfy surface is preferably made of semi-raw rubber material having tackiness a lot.

ADDENTUM
It needs further to say -- the tacky layer is ultra thin of about 50 micrones, so it will get degraded with abrasion in a month or two.
