It's hard to pick a favorite, but I did just cook up some grilled pizza.

Tomatoes, sliced and topped with garlic, oregano, basil, salt pepper and olive oil got grilled for about 10 minutes to make the sauce. The dough was left to rise for half an hour, was lightly seasoned with salt and drizzled with olive oil, and was cooked directly on the grates for a couple minutes per side. Cheese, grilled eggplant, and grilled bell pepper were added. It was good :D

Wow!!! grilledtomatoes86, that's quite a detailed culinary approach, most men in their 20's don't get more imaginative than Kraft Dinner!

:pizza:

:P

About pizza, I have to show you a pic of my car:

Bienvenu!

Votre anglais, c'est bon!

And it's great to hear from another person that started to walk the path of pingpong at around 40 years of age!

Yours et a bientôt,
Dennis

edit @glennholder

even if Germany isn't the homebase of singelsided pips-out penhold play...< that was meant in a humourous way, but I just stumbled across an article that proofed me wrong: In the 1960s at least a few players in the GDR switched to that style of play, inspired by the TTWC of 1963. I would love to do a bit of field research there...

@729 799
I just switched to the rubber yesterday, for the start I used the 802 in 2mm. Much too fast for a beginner! So I ordered a piece of 799 with a thinner sponge. It felt like I had more control, more time to adjust angles. Still it seemed to be fast enough, when I was in place at the right time, performing the stroke accordingly. Still I feel like the blade I use is a bit too fast - but as I started to search for a paddle, I ordered the next best with a penhold-handle. So here I go with a PF4 032  .

Hello everyone,
after a long time I follow you on this forum I decided to enroll.
My name is Luke, my nickname is corsa46, I apologize for my English is not good writing.
I only 43 years old :D , and after 20 years of inactivity in the past year I picked up a tennis racket table thanks to a proposal by some co-workers to spend a lunch break ... different. :Chop: :topspin:

After a year I find myself happy to be writing to the provincial championship with a team.

I like playing table tennis as well as study materials for the game and above all I like to study and build blades for table tennis.

I learned so much thanks to your forum, really well done and full of passion.

I'll be more of a careful reader since I still have much to learn, but I wanted to with this post, tell everyone that I'm here too !! :handshake:

I've been on here a while, posting sporadically...have enjoyed EJ-ing with Chinese equipment, and enjoyed reading reviews and experiences on here. I am an ETTA Level 2 coach in UK, but your are ALWAYS learning.

My grandfather player with a Barna Bat, tradition classic style and he and my father player in the same league in Middlesex, and I even played in the same team as them once, so all 3 generations played together. My mum also played.

- where are you from, country and club, where you play
UK
- how long you've been playing (how old? )
33 years - since 11
- playing style
Loop attack
- level
World Class...in my mind - just below county level I guess...
- job or what you do outside TT
Run a girls youth football team
- other hobbies
No time!
- how you stumbled upon this forum
Google of course!
