Does anybody know what means the "forward" factor that is specified near "Speed" "Control" .... on the 729 rubber sheets ?

Might refer to the force when landing on the other side. Or even maybe it refers to the kick that Chinese rubbers have when it lands. Marketing numbers never meant anything to me.
