I understand that FH and BH rubbers must legally be of different colours. So far, all the rubbers I have seen are red or black.

Is it a legal requirement that these are the only two colours allowable? No blue rubbers? mango coloured? coffee tinge? red wine hue?

Yes. Rubbers must now be one red, one black. No more assorted colours or same colours on each side.
