Is this Hurricane 3 National Authentic? From what I've heard, it is only 4-sided for National (No cuts) This one has all 4 cuts like H3 commercial.

Very unlikely. I haven't seen a real one with my own eyes before but from what I've read below which was an official response by DHS regarding the "octagon provincial hurricanes" leaked to the general market back in 2008, the national Hurricanes are reserved only for the national team and like you heard come in square shape.

I just bought it, since I'm curious how the supposed "fake" plays. I like provincial, so that tempted me to buy national . I looked at fareastsports.com and apparently, it looks like they have the real hurricane 3 national. It's $99 (USD) and it comes in the holographic cardboard conver. Thanks for the tip though.
