I will maybe try a test with an allround blade with carbon (as combi blade aren't usual).

I would try a very cheap blade, with good control.
If I could, I would try it with a short pimples with sponge +/- 1.2mm in the backhand.

What would you advise as blade and short pimple?

Well, it won't be cheap, but the Grubba Carbon is what immediately springs to mind.

I haven't used many thin SP's, but i've tried speedy soft and spectol in around 1.0/1.2 and they were good.

As this is only for fun, I would prefer a cheap solution.
I am not sure I will be able to move as I did before my injury.

I have already heard about this friendship blades: there are two which coul interest me: the one with two sides with carbon and one with only one side carbon. Difficult to find both by the way or at an expensive pprice.
The only reason for carbon is maybe to try to play without speed glue.

The 8040 is fast, as is the Dynasty 2 speed carbon!

Did you really mean you wanted an 'alround' blade, as is ALL speed?

You don't need a carbon blade to get speed though, there are quite a few wooden blades out there with plenty of speed!

The Xi-Enting carbon blades are cheap, and some have pretty good feel. Also the Dawei crystal carbons are cheap, and don't feel all that fast either.

It is quite difficult to say as there are only a few combi blades.

It is only to have a try with a thin short pimples (also hard to find) and to keep enough speed for the forehand.

Why a carbon? Oh juste because I have here some wooden blades some are to fast and the only ALL+ is a Japsko: not so wonderful.

I have tried a Tibhar Fibrefeeling with glassfiber: I love it and. It is a ALL+/OFF- with a great control. If I could find the same cheaper I would try it. Do you see something like that?
Great control, medium speed...

What would you advise for the pimples?
I have seen 802.40 (difficult to have in small thickness), the DHS 652 (from 1.8mm...) ...

Well control is very subjective... if you like the feel of a blade it will probably give you a good deal of control, although in general slower blades give you more control...

I don't know a great deal about short pips, but it's probably more a matter of what's available to you, than what the best... You're right short pips with thin sponges are hard to find...thinnest is commonly 1.5mm.
