I just found this video from Austrian Open with a Hungarin defender ranked around 250 in the world. He played in qualificaton group 45. Againt the fellow from chile he lost many points because the umipire didn't like his serves.

I really like his style. Does anyone has a clue what he is using?

Poor Adam, he has to face Ma Lin in the first round again (like in Hungary Open). What are the odds for that?

And again he did not get more than 7 points in one set. Ma Lin - the defender slayer!!!

actually out of all the chinese players, ma lin has the worst record against defensive players... he just appears to be the king when playing minor defenders and more recently joo....

he has joo's game down to an art ever since he lost to him twice in major tournaments in 2003 and 2004, the chinese team brought in some new guys to emmulate joo se hyuks game.....

but his record against hou yingchao when he played for china is horrible....something like 4 and 8.....according to people i spoke to that new some defenders in china Ma Lin has lost to ding song and old wang hao more then any current famous national team players....

This fellow is doing really good in the olympic qualifications, he beat lots of good players including Apolonia. Here is his match against Bastian Steger: http://www.laola1.tv/en/int/table-tenni ... 81617.html
He played good the first 4½ sets, he had a lead 8-3 in the fifth but than Steger played with a little more speed and force, and Adam started to miss his FH attacks from distance. Stil, if he continues, he will soon be among the top 100s in the world I hope.

He is fun to watch, got a good serve and a great FH attack at the table. He twiddles when returning serves and when chopping with FH and he fishes well. But he needs to be more consistent in BH chopping, footwork and when attacking from distance. Also, he could make more out of his great serving, he usually starts pushing on a bad return instead of attacking.

BTW, this is what Mr Henzell told us about him in MNNTBs blog: Yes, lost to him this season. Very good player. Very strong forehand attacks. Good serve. Heavy backspin and consistent enough on the chops. Not my kind of pimpler to play against.
