Anti Power is for an attack stile, but it has some weeknesses in defence.
Course of the thick sponge, you can get control problems against choppers with good backspin and no spin.
I had a session with Ellen Def 2.0 and found it easier to use than Anti Power.
Blocking relatively powerful loops is quite easy.
Attacking long underspin push is quite easy as well.
But I had problem with weak topspin loops that are low...whenever my stroke go a little upward, the ball will sail long. Or if I block those weak topspin passively, the ball will go under the net. But I believe if I remember not to be too passive on weak topspin and to stoke the ball in a more forward direction then it should be alright.
Will give the Ellen Def 2.0 a bit more time and see....
