That is a very interesting customization on the cork grip. Looks like a fulcrum piece has been added for the forefinger to hook on and
the thumb side has been cut away, shifting the leverage of the whole grip.

Mizuno Booster EV does not have the even basic row of pips this rubber does have. As for being a secret: every opponent is entitled to take a good look at it, so how secret can it be?

Tibhar Speedy Soft has TIBHAR down in the middle, below another row of words etc. So it's not that either, I think, as this seems to be one single row of symbols or words.

Neither is it a Friendship, Globe, DHS or Double Fish rubber. It does have the look of a DHS 874 or Double Fish 820A, though; similar configuration of pips, similar glassy look.

I would guess, by the looks of it, it is a raw pip.

It's definitely some sort of Tibhar "D. TecS" rubber and it's pimples out, so either Speedy Soft D. TecS. or Grass D. TecS.

My mistake: the Tibhar brandmark below another row is only there on the normal Speedy Soft, not on the Dtecs. I agree the left side corner does seem to have the parallellograms Tibhar is using for the Dtecs rubbers, and the ITTF symbol right next to it.
