Hi,

I am really interested in the Donic Cayman but I heard it´s
hard to generate much spin with inverted.
Do you agree with that?

And if I would order a Cayman from you I would like to have a
really light one (balsa varies in weight), can I write that when in put
the order or how else can I get a really light one?

Maybe shave some off the head as well? :D

Drill holes in it?

Or maybe just ask for the lightest one they have, haha!

Hey Krypto, now we're really thinking on the same lines!! Just paint the sides black and red (but don't use the painted side)

The cayman with any inverted is capable of producing silly amounts of spin. I know a player with cayman and H3 both sides and he loops the ball harder than me with so much spin I need a almost perpendicular 90d angle to block the damn ball in.

Yep I agree with the others, you can generate huge spin with the cayman, and the choice of rubber helps. I think in general balsa is not ideal for generating spin since the rebound speed of balsa is very high, reducing the dwell time and therefore some spin potential. However the Cayman is not all that fast (around off-) and has a very soft feel, both of which really help in generating spin.

I persoanlly think a medium to hard hardness rubber works best with this type of blade.

Yes if you tell us the preferred weight we can find the closest for you...

Would that also mean using a Cayman and two Globe 999 Nats would be like

I would use a super-primed Hurricane 3 on my Cayman,
seems to be a good combination and I really like H3!

Now I just need money  (going to sell some of my rubbers/blades  )
