I only had 1 hour playing with it.

EASY P is much slower and it's easier to place ball. I don't believe in "control" rating number but I believe that slower = easier to control.

I believe Easy P will not beat P1-r at create heavy underpin. But it beat P1-r at easier to play with.
Easy P is not a rubber to play at world top 100 but it should fit many players who lack mobility or time to practice......I make the game easier.

Got a sheet. Can't wait to try it. The big question is which blade? Guess I'll start with the largest and work my way down. Looks like a nice rubber.

Awwww. That's the first one I glued it to. Haven't tried it yet though. Not many reviews so far. There's a guy on Noppen-test who claims it's good on NSD.

Easy P looks good on BH's video. 1900 players usually don't have such problems against passive handhold blocks, at least since frictionless was banned. I hope those videos are an accurate representation.

Also Easy P comes with plastic over the pips like Dornenglanz. I wonder how much its properties change over time?

So I tried it. It's a good rubber. Very good control. Spin reversal/disruption seem decent. Attacking is OK. It's not bad on the NSD. I wish I had a few more sheets. Don't really feel like ripping it off the blade over and over. I'd like to know how it plays on Tachi, Gergley, COS3, Barricade, for example.

I compared Easy-P to D.tecs on NSD and nothing comes close to D.tecs on NSD in my opinion .

But true, Easy P is easy to play.

Cheers

Wow...i don't know, that looks pretty good to me. I hear what they are saying above about it not being as good as Dtecs on the NSD, but looking at that video... it sure seems very Dtecs/Dornenglanz/Talon-like in terms of control and spin reversal.

What did PB conclude Bogey?

To me Dtecs is very inconsistent and it's more like a chopping LP to me. Some sheets are tacky and some are slippery. I never tried to use dtecs to block.

I'll ask him to chip in but keep in mind - the one I use and tested in video was in original condition, no treatment of any kind.

For me, I was able to play Easy P pretty effectively the first session. Whatever advantage D.Tecs has in disruptive effect, Easy P seems to make up for in control. And Easy P is reasonably disruptive. We'll see if I still like it in a month, but my initial impression was favorable. I can probably live with it on NSD, but I sure would like to know if it's better on Tachi or COS3 or Fibercomp or other known good LP blades.
