Is there a place where we can buy them?
I heard that Negro, from Italy, used to change his sponges?
Is that true? What sponge does he uses?

Japsko.se sells dampening sponges, but those are often a little hard and absorbing. If you press your finger on such a sponge there will be a visual trace left for a few seconds. Otherwise I would guess that the sponge beneath TSP Curl P-4 would work great, but I don't know where to buy such a sponge...
