Thanks to Japsican and Debater's great thoughts  , we now have the option to show your #1 blade and rubber combination in your profile, which is also visible in the little profile in your posts, as you can see in my profile to the left.

You can add in your own details by editing your 'Profile' from the User Control Panel

Is it possible to add an optional colour prompt if the FH is Black Y/N default of N or something similar ?
Maybe have the blade in blue.
Nice to have the overall setup weight.
Can see the headings being dropped over time with a bat symbol.

It's easy enough to add colour to the rubber I think, just red or blk
I've made the bat fields in blue, does that look better? I think it makes it stand out from the other info better.

I don't think many people would add in weight. It's easy enough to add to the full profile, but I think it's too much to have it in the little profile on the left of a post.

Nice! But should we now trim our signatures?

Yes, I think for those of us that mainly use one setup, there's no need to have it in the signature anymore.

Have you removed the blue highlight?

I quite like the blue colour in the profile, thank you Multispoke for the suggestion! Blue stands out just enough so you're more likely to notice the equipment of a player. Although equipment is not everything :o  , I find it useful as it reminds of the type of style the member plays.

Thanks you mynamenotbob's great suggestion you can make the profile look even neater by putting the date format onto the single line:

Go to the User Control Panel and Board Preferences, then set 'My date format:' to 'Custom', then set it to: d-M-y, H:i
Note that you'll now see that format not just for your profile, but for everyone else's as well.

Perhaps we could have one line describing the play style of the member?

That being said, we don't want to clutter it up. It's looking good at the moment, though!

It's very pleasing to see that most new members put their blade/rubber combinations in their profile immediately as they register. This not only tells us a little about them, but also shows they're real members (not bots/spammers).
