Thanks Japsican

Is he using the Piranja is OX or with sponge? I would guess with sponge by the way he attacks, as his attacks are quite fast, and the Piranja has is a Tensor.

He's using OX. I asked him first thing. ;)

Wow, even more impressive! :o

It looks like in the older videos he twiddled a lot. In the newer videos, he seems to be using the pips-side on the BH most the time. I might have to try some of this Piranja stuff.

This guy is seriously good, but in first video looks like both face off together a lot. Aleksandar KARAKASEVIC match kind of grounds his level though because he couldn't handle the serves.

I kind of play like that but many many times worse. It's not really a defensive style, pips are used to keep pressure and finish with forehand.

I have similar style when im close to the table. But when opponent starts looping i prefer move back and chop instead of blocking it.
That is why i want too see more videos.
Why he doesnt use side swipe?

Had to google that term, had no idea what it meant haha.

He's a pretty good example on how I try to play, I'm not as frequent with my LP attacks though and I back off more than he does.

so, we were on the same tournament in Becej, Serbia over the weekend...

he still plays with same setup from OP...he just glued new sheet of ox piranja 2 days before the tournament (i had racket in hand, its a regular untreated piranja, nice and grippy) so he said it is not broken in yet so he is playing not at the highest level...as you will see from the videos..

still, there is a lot to learn from this guy, i enjoyed watching him live again...

he also said that he is sad that his match with Karakasevic, where he didnt have a chance, is his most viewed match on youtube

but 1st, one picture before the videos
Image

all the videos are filmed by me standing with my mobile phone in the hands, so not the best quality, but good enough i think...
