You can make your own spin (backspin and topspin) You have to make firm brushing contact with the ball. The AP i tried was not a new one. Maybe I'll buy a new one. With neo anti i was more able to take out the speed of the ball because it is slower. When i attacked with neo the opponent put them all into the net especially when he was not moving well.

Confirmed  (One of the opponents)
These fast balls needed a major stroke adjustment to be returned without hitting the net deep down. This was quiet a challenge as in a fast rally there is hardly time to do this consciously without using your well trained reflexes

bought a brand new sheet in red 2mm-i will place this on another grubba blade-had another session today and this is my backhand rubber for the new season.
i now have 2 set ups with this rubber on the backhand
1-grubba all plus-b/h black a/p 2mm-fh tsp l catcher s/p 2mm-good for blocking and touch play
2-grubba all plus-b/h red ap 2mm-f/h-black tac c 1.2? mm-old dead rubber
i may try a few f/h rubbers but i like control-i need to try some reflectoid-i have 2mm and 1.5mm.
i am also looking for another second hand grubba.

Had some good players really attack with lots of spin and loop. The rubber blocked like a dream and the ball kept low and short over the net.Im not sure of my technique when blocking. All i can say is that you have to feel the shot all through your body.Like feeling the ball on volleys and drop shots in tennis(a bit like how a.a plays with his transformer anti). The rubber is not slow and i have it on an all plus blade.I cant see myself changing this ever.
I also have no problems returning any serve.

Here's a local league match that showing the advantages and disadvantages of playing with anti. Rob, player in black, uses Yasaka Anti-power.

thats the shot you play with this rubber-a sort of push chop.its best to get on the f/h asap though.
i have some juic neo but that is v slow compared to this

For a Div 1 match i thought this was low standard fare - Robin played a very limited, ugly game - easy to beat but Adam should have served no spin or u/spin to his back hand to capitalise on Robins strength!

You can also do some fast attacking backhand drives with this rubber.Im not sure if you can do that with other antis.
Plays very much like an inverted. You can twiddle and loop on the f/h for variation but its difficult to master.
i also serve with the anti at times to mix up my game.i would like to try the 1.5 as im using 2mm.

Just give it a gentle wipe down with a damp cloth occasionally. Of course, the more dust, dirt and grime that gets into it, the more reversal you get!
Cleaning it occasionally will help keep some of its grip for blocking, etc, but don't worry - cleaning won't reduce the reversal.

Yeah I have tried YAP in 1.5 (black). It's an old one, that has lost the little grip that it had - it almost feels like a Dr N anti (from what I've heard), like a slippery plastic sheet on a really slow sponge. The 1.5mm definitely doesn't feel fast like the 2mm. I've only tried the BTY Super Anti (quite nice), and the Friendship/729 RITC804. Horrible, horrible rubber! :D

I've mainly been playing around with pips-out recently - I've tried Friendship 802-40 SP (1.5) (I think: it's 802-something!), Friendship Dr Evil SP (OX), Friendship 563 MP (OX), Yinhe Neptune LP (OX), Palio Ck531a LP (about 0.5mm sponge) [it's an old one from a friend], and Dr Neubauer Super Block FLP (OX) [just for the sake of trying and seeing what it was like before the ban - I never experience frictionless pips].

^re yap-do you prefer the 2mm.i find its good for chopping away from the table.is the 1.5 better when someone is blasting topspins at you and you are trying to block close to the table instead of moving back and chopping.

Yeah, I prefer the 2mm - just feels like it has more control. Then again, my 1.5mm is old, so that might not reflect the true characteristics of the rubber. I think (for me) my 2mm is better at blocking.

1-yap worked very well against a chopper who has dropped from div 1 with a 50% average.
he was using tac c in 1.5 and 2mm.
2-also had no probs against tsp curl p1-ball floated and wobbled but gave no concerns.
