Ok. So after much deliberation, and far too much research, I've decided I'm going to bite the bullet and get an Amicus Professional.
It seems my only option to buy one in Australia is from the Australian Butterfly Online Shop for $3k. They're sold on megaspin.com, but apparently can't be shipped to Australia without paying to have it shipped to a US address, and then forwarded to me.

Is the Australian Website my only option?

Are there any Aussies out there who bought an Amicus Pro from somewhere else?

NOTE: If I could get the Advance version without importing, I'd probably just do that.

I'm pretty sure Butterfly Japan's strict policy on distributors would apply to their robots as well, so unless you travel overseas and can bring one with you (or know someone that does or lives there), I would not know how else you can buy it from outside Australia.

Thanks Haggis. I can get one from Megaspin.net, but the cost to ship to a US mail forwarding company makes it not worth it.

Did you finally get the Amicus?
Butterfly Australia also told me 3025 AUD. They don't have stocks and order it once it is fully paid.
Tabletennisworld have the Amicus 3000 on their website. Wonder if it's up to date...

US$2000 is around AU$2700 then add GST you get $3000+. Then add shipping... it seems cheaper from butterfly aus.

Have you got your Amicus? How long did you have to wait?
