Blade: stiga infinity
FH: hurricane 3 national
BH: baracuda
so can anyone tell me detailed specs about this blade. I heard it's super fast but has good touch, which is what I'm really looking for. but this is quite expensive since it's from butterfly, but not as expensive as like the super ZLC models? which rubbers would this blade pair with this blade?

specs:
composition?
throw angle?
speed?
control?
stiffness/hardness?

The XVT HINOKI ZLC is supposed to be a clone of this - $38 / £28.

Might be worth trying first...

There are no fake XVT products. Because they are too cheap. If you want to look at their ZLC products as fake Butterfly, that's a different matter. But clearly they are not fake XVT.

You can buy fake items on Aliexpress, just as you can on Amazon. If someone offers a Tenergy rubber for $10, it's probably fake. However, most of the table tennis stuff is good. https://www.aliexpress.com/store/produc ... 77240.html I am pretty sure that this is the real XVT.

I bought an xvt ALC blade and asked for an 85g version.......put it on the scales when received.......84.9g! Great service (no pun intended) and I really can't tll much difference between it and a timo boll alc..... Except the handle is thinner, head a tad smaller and price tag a lot smaller! It plays well.

Compared to what?

By the way, check this out:

https://www.aliexpress.com/store/group/ ... 70285.html

I suppose you could call this "Make Your Own Fake"... Not particularly cheap (~$50) but you can choose from a variety of constructions and handles.

well high throw angle blade would be like hurricane long 5 or long 3, and low throw is like jhang jike SZLC or viscaria, cuz those have harder outer veneer (koto). given this info where would the amultart fall in then?

Hmmmmm.. Ma Long's been "accused" of using a low-throw setup.

And we've been told he uses a Hurricane Long V.

no it's low throw set up because his rubber has low throw, the blade itself has a high throw. If u see the review on tabletennisdb.com for HL3 and 5 they say high throw, needs low throw rubber. another example of high throw would like Jun Mizutani SZLC it has actually a medium high throw, not actually completely high.
