Greetings, I consider myself to be a beginner to intermediate level C-pen player

One thing I would like to ask is is it normal for our penhold grip to always change slightly? I seem to be not able to maintain one single consistent grip during my game/multiball session and so I have to consciously adjust my penhold grip every time.

I would like to hear an advice or two from you guys regarding this problem.
Cheers

p.s. my penhold grip resembles Ma Lin penhold grip

If your grip is similar to Ma Lin, your grip will for sure change (slightly) when you play FH, traditional BH, and reverse BH.
