Yes there's a few Chinese rubbers that are certainly high spin, but you didn't specify what speed you need. Spinlord TANUKI is very spinny and light weight, made in Japan, but a lot more expensive than Chinese rubbers.

IF, you are looking for Light, Spinny, ruber, that's also hard n fast, then check-out Palio AK-47 Red... I've already got the Yellow & Blue variants of the AK-47, and am quite please with them...

The blue is the softest, and slowest of the 3. However, it's very capable rubber ... Play kind of like the Xiom Vega Europe.. The Red variant, is supposed to be the hardest, fastest and spinny'est of the 3. The yellow sits between the Red and Blue.. However, to me, the yellow seems quite a bit faster than the blue, and a tad on the softer side.. I've not played with the Red, as yet, but I hear that it's on the lines of MX-P, but grippier..

Just in case, but- I’m sure you know DHS Hurricane H3 is a very light high spin rubber. ~43g cut to a 157x150mm blade.

Not to mention extremely affordable! But, I guess that’s a pretty well known fact as well.

Vega Asia df is also very light at just over 40gm cut in 1.8mm and has a very grippy top sheet. In 1.8mm it can suit a modern defender all round game on FH.

Hurricane H3 - light, and extremely affordable ...? huh ... ?

Light is certainly not one of the words typically used to describe this rubber... Spinny - yes ... affordable - maybe, depending on who you ask....

I've played with several other rubbers that are, spinnier, cheaper, and mostly certainly, a lot lighter than the H3... Infact, H3 Neo, which is medium heavy, is lighter in comparison to the H3.

Palio, LKT, and 729 (some tend to be on the heavier side), have options, that fit your requirement. I'm also using the Friendship Focus 3 Snipe, which to me seems, cheap, light, and capable of generating above-average spin..

H3 is the densest/heaviest rubber I tried...

Ok maybe I got the weight aspect wrong in comparison, but $18 USD a sheet isn’t affordable?

You could look at Galaxy (Yinhe/Mercury) for certainly lighter alternatives with some cheaper prices than H3 and still having tack and spin...

Also Rasant is that heavy??? I thought rasant was a soft or mid-hard tensor!?? Why does it weigh so much??
