You probably chop and use long pips. All the really heavy blades I've heard of are oversized chopping blades. 90-95g is about the upper limit for blades meant to be used with two sheets of max sponge inverted.

Blade: SOULSPIN DEFENSE
FH: Spinny stuff
BH: Spongeless reviled stuff
My current blade weighs 127 grams... !! 156x150

I use ox lp on one side and short pips on the other. Total weight is 178 or so.

My chopping blades weigh anywhere from 88 to 117 grams. With rubbers, 182 to 200 grams.

A lot of players are very picky about the weights. I just make sure to use heavy handle materials to counter balance the feel

Racket weight does matter, especially when playing close to the table, especially when looping. Blades of more than 85 grams are too much for me. Attacking rackets (with two sheets of Max inverted) would tend to be more head-heavy than chopping rackets, but I don't think that's a disadvantage (consider how many manufacturers hollow out handles). Though I haven't tried ballasting the handle yet (easy to do with some coins and some gaffers' tape).

The thing about weight is that it really depends on the blade. I had a 98g lkt 168 that was awesome, felt less head heavy than my galaxy w-1 86g.

Technique can also matter. Blades feel much heavier when looping only with the arm. Holding the bat with a deeper grip will make it feel lighter. Adopting a slightly more bend arm and looping the ball slightly closer to you also makes the bat feel lighter.
