Good on ya mate! Of course it's not surprising you would be able to quickly suss it out considering your location down under.

I've had lessons with Lilieroos before and consider him to be quite a good coach overall. However, at the time I was using frictionless anti-spin... and he wasn't sure what to make of it! He made an attempt at trying to show me a technique to use with 'anti' and I told him my rubber was the newer frictionless anti-spin. He grabbed my racket and tried showing me the technique -- but missed all 5 balls in a row!

So if you are that kind of junk player, he may not be able to help there with the techniques (unless he's practiced more with them since that time). However, he did still have good strategies and tactics for me to use with the anti.

I believe his wife was about a 2400 rated USA chopper from what I'm told. Meaning he does have a good bit of experience with the defensive styles of the game, though he seems to specialize in more mainstream attacking variety players. He also has a number of very good tricks shots and serves. Behind the back, under the leg etc. He can also play penhold or shakehand at a high level.

Just returned from nationals, and I have been tallying our results. It appears our 7 juniors earned 9 medals!

We earned medals in:

Junior Singles
Junior doubles
Junior Teams
Cadet doubles
U21 Years
U2300
U1800
U1400
U2200 Tiered Division E.

Additionally, each of our four juniors who entered men's singles (Kai, Aziz, Avery and Mudit) advanced to the final 32. 14 year old Aziz made the round of 16, where he finally was stopped by Jishan Liang.

We still have room in our remaining 5 weeks of summer camps, including the 2 special camps with Christian Lilieroos.
