Amy beats Li Qiangbing head to head. It should be obvious to the Austrian decision-maker that Amy's better regardless of what the dubious ITTF rankings say.
As for the Germans, I think Amy's stronger than their #3 Silbereisen for sure. Too bad Germany vs. Austria never happened for the women, like it is happening for the men tomorrow.
