I have tried over 15 slow, spinny inverted rubbers in the last 3 years and I think the best is Tackiness chop (Butterfly) This rubber is very accurate, even when you make a shot in a hurry. It is also very spinny. It is 10% less spinny than some newer rubbers like Tibhar Super Defense and Nittaku Moristo DF, but it is much easier to place a chop where you want to hit it with the Tackiness.

Dr. Neubauer Special Defense is also very good, it is much harder than Tackiness Chop but it too has good enough control to chop in a hurry with accuracy.

The rubbers I chop best with always fall into these category:
-Somewhere between soft-medium to medium-hard
-Somewhere between a lil tacky to medium tacky
-Somewhere between 1.8mm to 2.0mm

All in all I could chop with most rubber combination blade, there are just some I like best.
Always trying to find the right rubber to chop with, Sir, your technique might be compromised.. In my humble opinion..
