Tacky rubbers are not that different. The key is always to clean as little as possible while removing the dust to maintain the oil in the topsheet. I usually use a little water and my fingers.

The OP says he is playing 17 hours a week and his rubber wears out after a month. 68 hours of play is a lot for most rubbers. Now I know tenergy "lasts a good long time" but 68 hours is still 68 hours!

My T80 would die after about 60 hours of play, but it wasn't the topsheet - it was the tuning effect. If you clean the topsheet on Tenergy it can last significantly longer than 60 hours in my experience.

Personally I use SpinMax to clean all of my bats. It is entirely unbeatable and although it costs quite a lot, a bottle will last a long time even if you have as many rubbers and use it as regularly as I do!

Why not?

I applied vodka with a brush, and the grip of the rubber was improved.

Doesn't it smell like vodka afterwards, though?

I only clean my rubbers with water and wipe it off with my palm. Rubber stays good for long time...but i only play like 6 hours a week. OP's problem is not about rubber cleaning problem. 16 hours a week is considered quite long duration especially if used hard.. Any rubber will deteriorate faster with heavy use.

I think it works good a couple of time with alcohol but in the long run it's wearing out the rubber faster.

Have you tried that as a rubber glue? I saw it at the local store and it seems it would be easy to put on a very thin film. On the directions it says for a temporary bond to let it dry for 5 minutes or so.

I haven't tried that one yet to glue on rubber. My guess is that it'd be a little on the weak side, based on how it glues other stuff. If you want to try a spray-on glue 3M Super 77 might be better.
