Hello everyone.
Have anyone experienced inconsistencies in playing on a daily basis. I somehow cannot maintain the same level of consistency of playing on a daily basis. On a particular day i play ultra aggressively that even the best in our team feels drained after playing against me. then the very next day i cannot maintain the same intensity and start becoming defensive with the same opponent.. i know its a mental thing but would like suggestions as to how to get over them...

Spend one day per technique per week.
Mon - Counterhit session
Tue - FH loop, block & loop drive session
Wed - BH loop , block & BH push session
Thu - Drills FH/BH transition, service/receive/3rd-5th ball attack
Fri - Match conditions

This is just my example, doesn't mean you have to do this way.

But practice is what removes inconsistencies and builds confidence.

I posted about the exact same topic a while back.

For me, it was more because my muscle memory somehow wasn't quite there after 2 years. If I didn't practice a certain stroke for more than a day, it'd drop off quickly.

After switching to anti/LP recently, it's gotten much better. With my former aggressive style it was just harder to stay consistent, and more fluctuations on the mental side too.

Estimated USATT rating 1350-1400.
Long pips blocker/hitter, inverted RPB.
