I agree . It is a lifelong task to tame your ego.I have already expressed kindness to my troll.Now, I just don't reply because I don't want to get into the energy field of his mind.
It is difficult not to react with anger when you have not consciously suspended your ego.If you work at it,you can understand there are and there have to be all kinds of people in this world,all of whom have a part to play here .
Just have to be intelligent enough not to fall into their poor energy field.Sometimes,you cannot tame your ego because you have stopped taming it.That's why you think it is hard not to react with negativity.If you have zero negativity inside you, if you also have zero resentment , then , no negativity or resentment can come out from you.Therefore, avoid all negative thoughts,any resentment,...... what you think expands.... if you think of goodness and kindness, both goodness and kindness expand ....if you think of anger , negativity, resentment,next, anger,negativity and resentment expand in your life... this is how the universe works,...... I just repeat what all the masters of all religions have said,.... this is the wisdom of the ages ,.....
