Let us not get carried away.
For every player using treated pips , there probably is about 200 loopers who boost illegally.
As I said I do not condone treating pips because two wrongs don't make it a right.

But IOC needs to force the ITTF to perfrom 100% chemical inspection for spein glues & boosters at all levels of the sport (remember it is primarily a health issue originally according to ITTF & not a performance issue & it is not just about the player only but also about their families, officials, spectators etc via second hand effects) & also to change the rules to make the playing field fair and level for choppers & other defenders. The only way to achieve this is for IOC to expel table tennis from 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. Boxing is much bigger than table tennis & keep in mind, tennis & baseball also were expelled once.
IOC may owe any person who may have suffered from IOC's criminal negligence of spein glues & boosters.
Nonetheless IOC also definitely owes reparation payments to choppers for at least since 1998
