The reply right now is, Arcot is waiting to hear back. Apparently he hasn't seen him, but sent him a message but gotten no reply.

Looks like he is entered in a tournament I am also playing on Memorial Day weekend. If I get a chance during the tournament I'll ask there.

He was on the player list up to the tournament but I didn't see him and it doesn't look like he ended up playing.

Probably protecting his rating.. Can't blame him. I know several players who stopped playing once the reached a super high rating..

His current rating is 2350 his highest ever !

Sorry I wasn't able to get an answer on this. I would have been curious to know what he's using too, his game is looking very impressive. He seems to play a fair amount of tournaments so I'd guess he'll play more eventually. I don't know him personally so I can't comment on his frame of mind relative to how important a rating is to him.

His league rating is 2167 as of June 7. League ratings are usually lower than tournament ratings.

Hello,
WOW....I can't believe that my name came up on this forum. To be honest I'm experimenting a lot, switching many blades from Stiga, Butterfly to Joola and rubers from TSP Curlr 1 to 3,4, Dawei 388D-1.
My latest setup is Blade: Joola Chen Wei-Xing Medium (lots of control) Forehand: Joola Rhyzer Pro 50 and Backhand Dawei 388D-1.

Thanks, in OX , specifically are you using the 388d-1 regular which is the softest or the Quattro 388d-1 ?
