It would be helpful to know a bit more about your level. Have you played official tournaments or have a rating? Have you played at a club? Or are you playing more casually with friends and family? The Primorac blade and mark V or sriver are very standard for players who are getting serious about training and using correct technique. Cheaper option is the yasaka sweden extra or even stiga allround, and Donic Appelgren Allplay. These are cheaper and slightly slower (all+) blades that are plenty fast for newer players. These blades are great for first custom bats and even preferred by some stronger players with big powerful strokes.

Honestly any 5ply all+ blade WITHOUT carbon would fit the bill

I tried looking up the Brian Pace racket on Amazon and on Butterfly USA's web site but came up blank. The reason I wanted to look it up is Butterfly sells two levels of pre-mades - their "Pro Line" rackets are essentially enthusiast-grade blades paired with enthusiast-grade rubbers (the more expensive ones even have Dignics or Tenergy) and cost northwards of USD150. They also sell rec-grade pre-mades (such as the Addoy variants, several named "Timo Boll" or "Harimoto"), which are cheaper, and come with rec-grade rubbers such as Addoy and Yuki. They are, in general, heavy and slow. If you're used to a rec-grade racket getting any sort of enthusiast grade racket will be a (very large) step up but will cause lack of control in the short term until you get used to it.

Rather than Butterfly, I'll suggest what I suggest to everyone looking for a (normal shakehands, ALL to ALL+ blade + inverted both sides) racket - a Sanwei M8 blade with two sheets of just about any Chinese rubber. You can find pre-assembled versions of this on e-bay or aliexpress (and probably Amazon) or you can buy the blade and rubbers separately from the same sources. It should cost you less than USD30 including shipping. The blade is essentially equivalent to a Stiga Allround (or the Yasaka/Donic/etc. clones) but is lighter and has, I think, superior feel to most. The price is a bonus. The pre-assembled ones have the advantage of not having to mess with racket assembly (and having to worry about the correct glue, etc.). Here's one from a trusted vendor:

By the way, Brian Pace is a well known coach and you-tuber, and apparently works for Butterfly:
