Why would they even apply for ITTF approval? Clearly the pimples are too long.

Well, are you first sure this is not one of Igor's usual pip bashing daily rants ?

We do not need to be reminded of the limitations on LPS. dear Igor .We know the limitations are clearly to deter prople from using them .

Some LP users have stopped competing after years of success. This is what the ITTF wants: the fewer pip users, the better, which ironically has led many to further treat their material to maintain their level.Especially pro and semi pro players. This is reality.

Would you mind and enlighten us where this chart/table comes from? What is the point you are trying to make here?

This is what a few players have been saying over & over.
ITTF is so clever. They know it is better to keep the pips / anti player under their control & torture them, rather than ban them completely, which would result in severe dilution of control of ITTF, if the pips , anti players , who are steadily increasing in numbers will form their own association (just like the speed-glue freaks threatened to do in 1995 getting the initial stricter version of speed-glue ban repealed in a matter of months quickly) . But given that pips / anti players so not have an ounce of self-respect , ITTf has absolutely nothing to worry about.
