I haven't had the P1V yet, what I can tell you is that between the P2V and Curl P2, the diameter pips of P2V is slightly smaller between 0.05 and 0.1 mm and the distance between pips in horizontal is shorter in P2V (7.5mm ) by 8mm in Curl P2. Playing feels very similar

Playing feels very similar.Hence,it is a different rubber.Hence,it may play worse given the limitations on pips.

Imo P1 R is much better than p1v.

According to Victas, the rubbers are the same, just re-badged, but I've not tried it to confirm.

I tested both P1r and P1v in 0.5.P1v is slower than P1r.Hence, way easier to control.

I found P1r more harmful for the opponent but more complicated to master .

P1r can generate more rotation on the ball as well .

In my experience, they are the same, but there is a big difference between new and old sheets, so if you buy a new P1V it will be slower and grippier than a used P1-R (or P1V).

There is a thread here about it https://ooakforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=38601&hilit=victas+p1v#p390925
