BH: Spinlord Orkan 1.5mm
why not try Friendship HRS 0.5mm sponge it is medium soft and works well under LP unless you want dampening - 0.3mm is probably too thin to manufacture and would tear easily

I can get 0.5mm semi hard sponge separately without buying a complete rubber, so thanks but not interested.

Both sponge and topsheet are the subject to ITTF approval. Rule 3.2.3.1. Using separate sponge sheet is viewed a malevolent action in defiance to the Law, ever since the year 2004

Many Pro choppers have customized sponges which are very different from the ones sold online.
Many Chinese double inverted semi pro / pro loopers change the original sponge .

There seem to have been many malevolent people around since 2004 then.

The absurd rule 3.2.3.1. is part of the stupidity the Ittf has fallen into .

No need for reminders,thank you!.Everybody will be changing sponges anyway.Why? why don't you ask the pros?

Sword Venom is available in 0 3 thickness, maybe you could steam it off..
I have looked everywhere I can think of for 0. 2-0. 3 mm sponge without success,
I had a yin he 0 3 evo sponge under Grass D.Tecs and that was excellent, can't find it anywhere now,please let me jnow if you find anything

Closest find 0.4.-0.5mm thickness at eacheng? https://www.eacheng.net/BL%C3%BCtenkirs ... 12003.html. No idea about how hard/soft? Thin sponges are very hard to come by these days. Good luck.

I fou d Dawei 388-D1 0.3mm but surely due to the fact it's so thin that I will break when I try to get off.

What about 3/ 4 glue sheets????? some experts in this forum did say it worked for dampening and a famous French player in PRO B is claimed to use D,techs ox with several glue sheets for a successful chopping game . :?:
