Post subject:  Favoriting individual posts
There are some spectacularly great posts buried in this forum. We have the ability to bookmark topics, but sometimes topics are dozens or even hundreds of pages long. Or sometimes there's a brilliant gem of a post that's only slightly related to the main topic.

I know there is no way to bookmark single posts (which would be a valuable feature if Haggisv could add it, hint, hint).

Does anyone have any kind of system for "favoriting" individual posts rather than full threads?

I can implement a MOD for the software to do this. I wasn't sure if it would be used by anyone, which is why I never bothered.

It is a good idea. How would the feature work? Would you access a page with list of posts and the topics they come from, and who (usernames) favourited it a bit like the thanks list? The list could get very long, but its worth a shot.
