Hi, I'm relatively new to table tennis. I've been watching Wang Hao's instructional on the RPB (https://youtu.be/mrrIDgT6TnY), and practicing with a robot at home.

Here is a video showing my RPB. https://youtu.be/X7S0VDG6RCQ

The hitting point seems a bit awkward at times and my fingers get tired quickly, and there is a bit of strain on my shoulders as I try to force my arm to lunge forward. I think there's something wrong with my form. Could I get some feedback on my RPB?

Thanks.

Well I don't see yourBH support fingers curled but splayed like Xu Xin... Is that what you feel most comfortable with?

Yes, I feel most comfortable with my fingers extended like Xu Xin. I tried doing the curled fingers many times but it feels like I lose control of my racket angle for both my FH and BH, and the racket also feels much heavier after that.

Bend your legs more, bend forward more, put more power into it.. Looks pretty stiff and unwieldy at this time.

I can't see the video, but if your fingers are getting sore, its most likely you're pressing down hard with your thumb. 2 reasons:
- you're trying to rotate the face open
try the following:
----- drop the blade head a bit more downwards instead of holding it sideways like a TPB
----- bend your knees instead of leaning forward.
----- hit with more spin
- your bat or the back of the handle is very thick and your fingers are naturally squeezing it
----- this is an equipment issue
