There's this new guy in my club, he plays a classic defender with chops and chop blocks. I know how to deal with his chops, but not chop blocks, because they come in backspin and they're quick, how do you return this?

as with everything, it depends...
what rubber is he using to chopblock?
is it in response to a topspin?
how deep, and how spinny, was the topspin?
how deep is his return?

In general - if it is deep enough, and you are well placed enough, it can be looped

Looks like you play double inverted. So loop what you can and push what you can't. Great opportunity to learn a new skill. It will pay off one day.

And if it's too high and especially if it's short - whack the heck out of it out of his reach.
