Hello everyone,

I have a question about the shakehand grip, hope a coach here can give me some advices to improve my table tennis :)
A bit of my background, I started table tennis around 13 years old in China and played for 5 years. Then I stopped because of a really bad injury and went learning swimming after my surgery. I'm now 30, I didn't play table tennis for years and now I'm back since last November and hope to play in a club next season in France.
My question is about my grip, I noticed that I lack some consistency on my FH shots because my grip is "changing"/not stable like I don't even know if I have the "correct grip". When I started table tennis in China, my coach just asked me to pinch the rubber to hold the blade but I was too young to have questions, I just played with feeling :D
These are the 3 grips I try to use to see if one is better than the others but I need some advice to chose :

Hope my English in understable and thank you for your help :)

Probably a little more complicated than it should be, but...
