Post subject:  Calling all Semiller style players - let's chat!
Hello everybody!

I started playing Seemiller style a year ago. I had tried two previous times in the previous year to switch from shakehand to Seemiller style, and then in frustration I had quit. But then I played "shadow table tennis" in my kitchen enough to change my muscle memory. So...I succeeded in the switch last May.

I've only played about 40 times in the last year and am loving the defensive capabilities it gives me. (I'm 65 years old and I don't want to play deep defense, it's too physically draining)

So I'm loving the blocking ability that this style brings. My slower rubber enables me to backspin the ball with my paddle held "blade up, handle down" and that gives my opponents a surprise. Danny Seemiller does that with his Tenergy, but I can't lay claim to having that kind of skill level.

Please let me know who you Seemiller players are, and what strengths this style gives you!
