Hi Def-attack,

Do you know Marcus’s equivalent USATT or Rating Central ranking?

Thanks
Rob
No, I don't think he has a ranking.
Here is the Swedish ranking, first is position this month, then last month. If you are in top 200 of the world ranking this will top your swedish ranking points. Then name, year of birth, your current swedish club, current ranking points and difference from last month. Marcus is at 2800 points, position 71. Thomas Maynard is at 2518 points, position 200.

How often do you clean your glanti guys ? I clean mine after each session with acrylic cleaner (without alcohol) but I feel like it modified the topsheet. I tried today anti-static tv cleaner (without alcohol) but if feels worse to the touch, it feels like the topsheet has some grip now

And what do you use as a cleaner ? I will experiment with a brand new sheet to never clean it, maybe the dust on the topsheet will make it even more slick.

When I used glanti I cleaned it after every match to ensure maximum slickness. With DMS rubbers I used their cleaner. With Dr Neubauer rubbers I used water.

Barna Triumph + Super Glanti 1.2mm (I bought a new sheet) = maximum spin reversal. I did one tournament this weekend with this setup and beat constantly players who had ~400+ points than me. At the end of the weekend, I earned more than 100 points which is really nice.

New version of Super Glanti ! Only available in black with a thin black sponge. Guido said that it is faster than Super Glanti 0.8mm. Any crazy tester here willing to test this one ? Or maybe someone already tested it ? Unfortunately I'm very short on budget so I won't test this one :(

From what I've heard it has good reversal and disruptive effect. Seen the price, same as a Tenergy, just ridiculous.

My friend Marcus has been using this for awhile, it is a version almost made for him, or his style of playing. So it is fast and difficult to control.

Do you know if it has more control than the Sabotage all/off?
I've found it difficult to handle on any blade I've tried. (At least with the technique I'm used to).

Hard to tell. None of us has used the Sabotage very much.
SG black is just like ordinary SG, just another sponge (maybe a little harder top sheet, not sure).
Both Sabotage off and SG black requires blades with lots of control.
