Hey guys, i just got a dr freeze sunflex rubber. I bought this rubber in alli express its price its about 20 €.
I have not seen that anyone has commented on this rubber here.
The first impression is that the rubber has exactly the same sponge as Spinlord Gigant, same color, thickness 1.2 and hitting the ball it seems that it has the same slowness.
The surface is different, it seems to have been sanded, the flexibility almost the same, but it seems to be more slippery.

Tomorrow I will try to test it.
Has anyone tried this rubber?

IS YOUR RUBBER LEGAL or TRASH?

Some fluent, simple test to check out if a rubber is a legal product.
Upon gluing a rubber onto blade, press it down forcefully with a tumb finger. The indrawn fingerprints seen on rubber surface would indicate the rubber is a trashy product having a trashy sponge (some weird syntetic material with inferior elasticity).

I have done the test. But pressing hard does not leave any marks.
Does that indicate that it is legal?
Thanks in advance

Hey friends, yesterday I had the opportunity to test this rubber.
Again I did not expect anything from this rubber.
But I was totally wrong.
The rubber works fine.
If I had to catalog it, I would put it between S&T Super Stop and Spinlord Gigant.
The dumpening sponge is extreme slow like Gigant.
Overall the rubber is a little faster than Gigant, which offers more attack possibilities. The surface is about as slippery as the Super Stop so you won't see a great reverse spin.

By blocking this rubber shines, you can block powerful topsins and let them close to the net.
Very good at short blocks and being able to do aggressive blocks. As I said there is no reverse spin but the throw is quite low and short so it causes quite a few misses in the opponent.

Attacking is quite good, being a bit more difficult than Super stop, but it doesn't need as much effort as the Spinlord Gigant.
Lifting the balls is very easy, you just have to push the ball.

Receiving serves in my opinion is the best I've ever had. Especially on the medium-long serves, which is where I had the most trouble. The ball goes quite low and avoids to some extent receiving a counter attack.

In my opinion it is not rubber for those looking for the easy points.
However, if your game is much more active, playing opening the angles, changing the speed of the ball and looking for the setup for your forehand attack, this rubber is a good choice and considering the price it is worth trying it.
