Has anyone tried anti-spin without sponge? How was it? Is it legal to do so?

It's not legal for competition, only pimple rubbers can be used in OX.

I think the closest you can get is Dr Evil. If I'm not incorrect, I believe that the rubber is basically an anti rubber except it's short pips are out.

I can't really think of a logical reason why the ITTF would make it illegal.

just put in a 0.3 mm sponge.....I guess antis are better with some sponge anyway
